I mean that in the best way possible!! WOW does FUZION know how to through a party! Last night the tent, the lights, the food, the fashions, the giveaways, the live demo…oh yeah the live demo…BOTOX!!! no more lines on my forehead!!! Yes Kati magically erased my forehead lines!
Kati is there anything I should do to prolong or care for the Botox in my forehead?

Filler up!
So I just found out that sometime this week I am going in for a fill-up…
Lips filled and smoother forehead!
I trust Kati to not make me look like OCTO-MOM! Just a subtle bit makes a big difference…I already look different but the last time my lips and forehead were touched was in July! EONs ago (sorry if that is mis-spelled)
I am drinking pineapple juice because I heard that helps with preventing bruising…I bruise easily…Stay tuned in!

What’s happening-a little update

I’m not going anywhere. I’m heading back in for a maintenance appointment soon with Kati at FUZION to see what “touch ups” I need to have done.

Advice for all of you “Ericas” out there
Hi Everyone! Kati here.
FUZION wanted to find a way to educate people about different procedures, anti-aging products, the science behind the scenes and the latest technology. Then we found Erica!
We all have that “one thing” – big or small that we wish we could change. The longer you stare at it, the worse it gets. It may even have a little voice that says “FIX ME! FIX ME!” Before the voice starts screaming, take action! It is always better to treat a minor issue than a major one.
There is no age requirement to some of these services. You will hear people say “I am not old enough for BOTOX!” Well, I have 16 year old acne patients who have worse wrinkles than their parents. There are a few reasons for this: TANNING. Did you know that 80% of age related issues are from excessive sun? Think about it – 80%! GENETICS. In this case, you may be able to blame your ancestors. LIFESTYLE. Excessive free-radicals, lack of sleep, smoking, alcohol and dehydration all add up. Wrkinkles are very responsive to BOTOX, chemical peels and laser treatments. The most responsible thing you can do for yourself if a physical sunblock EVERYDAY- rain, snow, sleet, rain or shine. Chemical sunblocks can actually cause more free radicals and potentially more harm than good.
Acne is not just for teenagers anymore. Did you know that every hormonal fluctuation affects your skin? Acne is not caused by what you eat, or by specific products. Acne is a bacteria. It is treated in a variety of ways. For acne, FUZION aggressively treats all ages by utilizing specifically medically guided treatments. Vitamin A based treatments, specific acids and exfoliation remain the foundation of healing acne.
All laser treatments are NOT created equal! There are some centers in the area that tout BBL/IPL as laser treatments. These are not lasers, but broadbased light treatments that work on pigment. Nurses are allowed to operate a laser ONLY when an MD is actually ONSITE. It is also illegal for estheticians or Medical Assistants to administer injections. This is a safety measure for YOU! Beware that there are people administering medical procedures in the back rooms of nail and hair salons. Beware that untrained, non-medical personnel do not have the skills to treat you, manage potential complications or offer sound medical advice.
These are all important things for you to know – all you “Ericas” out there – the bottom line is you have to be educated. Knowledge is power.

The day after Smart Lipo!
Oh boy are you going to be in for a treat! The videos of the procedure have to be edited down because of the thier length but you will get to see as little or as much as you want
I was worried as you had read about taking the prescription pain meds, what is it going to feel like, what is it going to look like after-just as I was worried about my botox & fillers I shouldn’t have been worried. I have to learn to trust! Dr. Goodkind, Kati the PA and their staff are medically trained, experienced professionals…they know their stuff! The way they care and take the extra special steps to make sure you are comfortable and get the best results is very important when choosing to have a medical procedure.
I am home for the morning just because I feel like I should be but I could be off to work-I feel alittle achy/sore but that is to be expected when you see the procedure.
If this is something you are considering you should go for a consult-I am so happy with the first results…they say that it is still swollen but oh my I am loving my new thighs and knees!!!

Kati and me on CT Style with Sonia today
Today was so much fun! Kati and I got to go hang out at WTNH Channel 8 and film CT Style with Sonia again. This time we really got into the big picture story for Follow Erica, why we’re doing this, what I’m doing, how long I’ll be doing this, etc. I know it’s been 2 1/2 months so far, but I still get asked about what I’m doing all the time.
