This all started when Kati was shopping at my store and she looked at me and said you need a chemical peel, make an appointment! I then was appauled-what was she seeing that I wasn’t?! Now I know! Chemical peels make a big difference in my skin’s appearance! I now look forward to the burn of the acids knowing that in a week my skin will glow like never before!
I had another one done last month, right before the January Beauty Workshop at FUZION for beating winter skin. That way people got to see what my skin looked like 2 days after a peel.

I have to let you in on a secret. I FEEL AMAZING! And I am starting to really feel like it shows. I have clients in my shop asking if I just went on vacation, friends who are jealous as all hell and I have a great story to share from this week.
So I left FUZION after getting another makeup lesson with Michelle and I have to say I was feeling great…really feeling like I was looking good—on top of the world! I stopped to get gas, when I got out of the car I smiled at the gentleman pumping gas next to me, went to put my credit card back in my wallet, and looked back at him. He asked “Should I know you? Are you famous or something?” I said “nope” and he said “You were just being friendly?” and I said “yes”…we both chuckled and before he left he said “good bye beautiful, friendly, not famous lady!”
It’s so funny. I was so hesitant and worried when we first started. But I have never felt so good about myself. I really am loving every minute of focusing on me…it’s such a sinful pleasure! Feeling this good ought to be illegal!

When we come to Vermont EVERY morning my husband cooks bacon, and I knew that after seeing the fat jar during my Smart Lipo procedure that I wouldn’t be able to eat the bacon!!! I am sitting here in my skinny jeans, listening to the sizzling fat!!! UGH!! I will miss the bacon but do love my small thighs!

Everyone is talking about it: New Year, New You! Diet, Exercise, Improve your health, New goals for 2010…I get it! I practice it to…every year! But who sticks with it?
It is a lifestyle change!
I am ready! I actually had already started months ago when FollowErica started. I love it! I love taking better care of my insides and out. The best part is that it shows! Don’t get me wrong I am not perfect and there are still things to change but…I am better going into 2010 than I was going into 2009!

Not talking about the state of mind but about the company. I have the catalog here on my lap… They have a wide variety of products from makeup, lotions, potions and garments… which brings me to do they really work?
They claim that if I wear this compression garment that I will not only loss weight but will have better textured skin? Hmmm sounds too good to be true! Dr. G & Kati- there is this garment that they say I can wear skiing and while I ski it will lift my butt with microencapsulated slimming and moisturizing ingredients?!
BTW Fuzion sells the Clairsonic cheaper and then you don’t have to pay shipping and have supported a local business

I am sitting here flipping threw the L.L.Bean catalog. I love thier tote bags (size large with long handles) make great gifts and the slope sliders are $20 and are awesome little sleds. I have not bought one christmas gift! Oh boy!
If you have a special someone to shop for get them a Clairsonic! I cherish mine and hate when I get in the shower and forget it outside. If you need stocking stuffer ideas sweet spot products are the best for all ladies

If you are like me you are running about town picking up the last minute goodies for tomorrow. I needed the apples for the apple pie I am bringing tommorrow. So where does one go for the best apples? Bishop’s of course! And who better to ask which apples but Sarah Bishop herself! We also selected some wine and tasty treats…I think I selected too many apples so she shared a tasty way to enjoy leftover apple slices… watch the video to see- opps video error! I will work on that but in the meantime if you have apples that need to be gobbled up take cream cheese (room temperature) spread it on the bottom of a pie plate, pour carmel sauce on top of creamcheese then sprinkle granola on top and scoop it up with the apples! YUM!!! Sarah said that it can stay in the fridge for up to a week-it won’t last a week in my fridge! Thank you Sarah!
I had a makeup lesson yesterday so while I am digesting my turkey dinner tomorrow I will download them for you to see. Michelle taught me how to do some cool and different stuff that I would have never thought to do!
Have patience with the crowds and traffic-not to worry it will all get done and if it doesn’t then accept and move on! Spoken like a true champ of “Yes I Can”!
Enjoy the time with friends and family! That is what matters most!

I have never felt more confident or happy with my appearance!!! I love my new body shape, as well as the appearance and feel of my skin! I am proud to smile and say “Hey look at me!” You too can improve and make small changes that give your confidence a boost.
Take for instance this past Friday night- My store Ella where She shops… and FUZION were just 2 of the sponsors for Girl’s Night Out Fashion Show in New Haven on Friday night over 200 women attended and we raised $8000 for Harbor Health Services!! Michelle, FUZION’s in house makeup artist, joined us at the event to apply makeup to our models. She applies makeup to accentuate your facial features without looking like a clown. Michelle is available Monday-Friday to teach you makeup techniques. With the holidays upon us it is the perfect time to have just the right lip gloss or eye liner…
