Okay, here goes.
I am sharing more with all of you than I ever have in my life. But this is so cool. If I could have really seen what to expect from Smart Lipo and all these other procedures, I may not have hesitated so much about doing it!
So what should you expect from these videos? We’ve broken them up into multiple videos so you can scroll through and we are giving you a lot to learn about. I think we are going to add a simplified summary video later, but the point of this is to share, so I want to make sure you get a real sense of what my Smart Lipo day was like.
We started by going over the information, waivers, additional questions and re-drew my bullseyes. Then Dr. Goodkind measured of 5×5 squares on my bullseyes so he perform the procedure in smaller sections.
Next, we got started! Dr. Goodkind did phase 1 of 3 for my procedure by heating the fat. Careful…this starts to get graphic from here on out…
Now comes the real graphic stuff…it’s suction time. Seriously, if you get queasy easily, you may want to be careful watching this. But I have to tell you, I was awake and yapping away during this. So I was okay!

Chances are if you watched the videos you’re considering having SmartLipo. Some may squeamishly run. To all you runners out there I say, go look in the mirror at that part of your body you’ve hated for years. I hear you! You just said “Ugh!”
Now replay the videos and this time look at Erica’s face. Listen to her oblivious blather. Her brain is disconnected from the cannula while that fat in the jar is disconnected from her body. (Yes!)
So, to all who are saying “ewwwww”, think of the years of ineffective diet and exercise you’ve endured in an effort to get rid of those loathsome lumps. Fantasize a future you! Isn’t a few hours of “Ewwwwwww” worth ending a lifetime of “Ugh”?
You look so beauitful to me with or without smartlipo. Your legs do look thinner after the smartlipo. It is Amazing! I’m having a hard time watching the video but I’m your mother! Fuzion is making my daughter even MORE BEAUITFUL.

Hi Erica! I’m sitting here floored by this whole video series. Your body was exactly like mine, I almost died when you said “I have to buy a size or two up just to be able to fit my thighs”. That is ME!!I have never been able to buy just regular straight leg jeans, always living in “trouser” jeans. I’ve wanted lipo forever, and had a consult for smart lipo, and I guess now, a month+ later now in November – I’d love to know how you are looking, feeling, etc. Congrats on doing this. I don’t have the nerve. Would love to know more about how you finally made the decision, although I think I know – you probably got to where I am, sick and tired of having that one area you just couldn’t get rid of, no matter what you did. I am REALLY happy that I did! I just had a birthday on Tuesday and I never felt so good and good looking as I did on my birthday!
First of all I LOVE wearing straight jeans, leggings and straight skirts and looking good in them!!!!
I came to my decision after talking with medical professionals about the actual procedure and the after stuff. Well now I know first hand how amazing the after is!!! The during was so easy and the after is so great! So I guess finding the nerve would be your first step

I’d like to know if the smart lipo tightened you skin on your legs and if you were able to have you but lifted. Was it painful afterwards and are your legs a lot thinner. What is Fuzion and did you have it done and did it work out well for you. Thank and the best to you….Amy

Smart Lipo did allow me to loose a total of 3 1/2 lbs of solid fat-so my legs are alot thinner!!! The skin isn’t tighter than it was before but the area is smaller, there is no lifting involved but the laser heats the skin so it doesn’t sag like in traditional liposuction. Fuzion is a medical asthetic boutique in Branford, CT that offers everything from Latisse, Botox, Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, amazing face products and makeup…is it owned by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon (that is who does the smart lipo-very important fact!) so you could also go to see him for a breast augmentation or tummy tuck… so I am LOVING my results!!! and really happy that I did it!!! thanks for your comment Amy!
