If you are like me you are running about town picking up the last minute goodies for tomorrow. I needed the apples for the apple pie I am bringing tommorrow. So where does one go for the best apples? Bishop’s of course! And who better to ask which apples but Sarah Bishop herself! We also selected some wine and tasty treats…I think I selected too many apples so she shared a tasty way to enjoy leftover apple slices… watch the video to see- opps video error! I will work on that but in the meantime if you have apples that need to be gobbled up take cream cheese (room temperature) spread it on the bottom of a pie plate, pour carmel sauce on top of creamcheese then sprinkle granola on top and scoop it up with the apples! YUM!!! Sarah said that it can stay in the fridge for up to a week-it won’t last a week in my fridge! Thank you Sarah!
I had a makeup lesson yesterday so while I am digesting my turkey dinner tomorrow I will download them for you to see. Michelle taught me how to do some cool and different stuff that I would have never thought to do!
Have patience with the crowds and traffic-not to worry it will all get done and if it doesn’t then accept and move on! Spoken like a true champ of “Yes I Can”!

I have never felt more confident or happy with my appearance!!! I love my new body shape, as well as the appearance and feel of my skin! I am proud to smile and say “Hey look at me!” You too can improve and make small changes that give your confidence a boost.
Take for instance this past Friday night- My store Ella where She shops… and FUZION were just 2 of the sponsors for Girl’s Night Out Fashion Show in New Haven on Friday night over 200 women attended and we raised $8000 for Harbor Health Services!! Michelle, FUZION’s in house makeup artist, joined us at the event to apply makeup to our models. She applies makeup to accentuate your facial features without looking like a clown. Michelle is available Monday-Friday to teach you makeup techniques. With the holidays upon us it is the perfect time to have just the right lip gloss or eye liner…

Tomorrow is my 36th birthday. I will be in my late 30′s! I have a really cool day planned! I start with being on CT Style with Dr. Goodkind talking about my Smart Lipo procedure, then dress 4 of the models for Friday’s Fashion Show, and then my husband has invited all sorts of people to Bar in New Haven. If you are in the area tomorrow night stop by we are starting the festivities around 7pm I carefully selected the best fitting jean for my TV appearance for tomorrow…can’t wait for you to see

My husband keeps saying it is a “big” week I guess he is right- Tuesday is my 36th birthday, we have a huge fashion show on Friday, and I am on CT Style with Dr. Goodkind to talk about my Smart Lipo experience and my results.
My results are the only “big” thing on my mind…I miss my old clothes that don’t fit anymore but I am loving how I am looking in new ones. I am down 1 to 2 sizes in pants!!! I love being able to wear a cute sweater, skinny cords and tuck them in a boot- and look good in them!!!
I am off to take Abby for a walk in Stony Creek and then gather with family for a birthday celebration! Which is awkward…I don’t want to eat cake anymore?! I still am having a problem eating sweets & fried foods…the vision of the “fat” jar appears in my head!
Kati and I sat down to review everything I have done so far, my results…and what else I want to do! We take a look at my before pictures [wow...what a difference!]. Can you tell a difference? I sure can!
What’s up next? We are going to do the Affirm laser treatment, IPL and another chemical peel. Kati explains everything [even cost], so take a look!
Okay, so this is a new dilemma for me. I am not used to having so many options for jeans.
Can I get away with skinny jeans now? They aren’t hugging my fatty knees [thanks Dr. G!]. Am I actually going to be able to wear a pair of jeans tucked inside of my boots? Can I get away with that? I am totally not used to this…
