Oh MY!!!!
I was just starting a You Tube account for the store so I can show scarft wearing/tying demonstrations and thought to look up some old Follow Erica videos…came across the first consult with Dr. G for smart lipo and saw my back side!!! OH MY was I MUCH bigger!!! Wow what a procedure…now I can see why my new nickname is Thinbutt!

Is it worth it?
That was a question I saw on one of my friends on facebook…she asked “Clairsonic, is it worth the money?” I LOVE MY CLAIRSONIC!!! I don’t bring it to Vermont when we go for the weekend and boy do I look forward to washing my face on Sunday nights! So much cleaner than just using my hands! Yes that is what I said…FollowErica is going to meet Derek Jeter tonight…well FUZION is sponsoring an event that Derek and A-Rod will be at but not sure if we are going to get to say hello. I am so excited. I have prepped my skin, eyebrows, been using a self-tanner, and have my evening makeup set aside to glitter tonight. time 2 peel!
This all started when Kati was shopping at my store and she looked at me and said you need a chemical peel, make an appointment! I then was appauled-what was she seeing that I wasn’t?! Now I know! Chemical peels make a big difference in my skin’s appearance! I now look forward to the burn of the acids knowing that in a week my skin will glow like never before!
I had another one done last month, right before the January Beauty Workshop at FUZION for beating winter skin. That way people got to see what my skin looked like 2 days after a peel.

The new year is starting out right
I have to let you in on a secret. I FEEL AMAZING! And I am starting to really feel like it shows. I have clients in my shop asking if I just went on vacation, friends who are jealous as all hell and I have a great story to share from this week.
So I left FUZION after getting another makeup lesson with Michelle and I have to say I was feeling great…really feeling like I was looking good—on top of the world! I stopped to get gas, when I got out of the car I smiled at the gentleman pumping gas next to me, went to put my credit card back in my wallet, and looked back at him. He asked “Should I know you? Are you famous or something?” I said “nope” and he said “You were just being friendly?” and I said “yes”…we both chuckled and before he left he said “good bye beautiful, friendly, not famous lady!”
It’s so funny. I was so hesitant and worried when we first started. But I have never felt so good about myself. I really am loving every minute of focusing on me…it’s such a sinful pleasure! Feeling this good ought to be illegal!

I knew it!
When we come to Vermont EVERY morning my husband cooks bacon, and I knew that after seeing the fat jar during my Smart Lipo procedure that I wouldn’t be able to eat the bacon!!! I am sitting here in my skinny jeans, listening to the sizzling fat!!! UGH!! I will miss the bacon but do love my small thighs!

Everyone is talking about it: New Year, New You! Diet, Exercise, Improve your health, New goals for 2010…I get it! I practice it to…every year! But who sticks with it?
It is a lifestyle change!
I am ready! I actually had already started months ago when FollowErica started. I love it! I love taking better care of my insides and out. The best part is that it shows! Revitalizing my skin for the holidays
So this is something I haven’t done before! After our recap and touch base meeting to see how things are going, Kati decided that she wanted to use the Affirm Laser treatment on me. Her main reasons for wanting to do this was to resurface my skin, work on the underlying rosacea and help my pores.
It was not as uncomfortable as the IPL and I LOVE my results. Take a look for yourself.
